What You/'ll Be Doing
- Managing a well-maintained and supported portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
- Overseeing all aspects of property management, including lease starts, lease ends, maintenance coordination, routine inspections, and day-to-day communication
- Building strong and lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and trusted trades people
- Acting as the go-to expert and trusted advisor for your portfolio, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders
Experience Required
- A current Queensland Real Estate Registration
- Minimum of 2 years in Property management
- Solid experience in residential property management
- A reliable car and valid driver’s license
- A team-focused, proactive mindset and strong communication skills
