Responsibilities: Prepare samples and perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal technical and operational performance of the mine laboratory Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to safety and cost-efficiency Uphold rigorous laboratory quality control standards to preserve sample integrity and minimize contamination Verify the accuracy of all reported laboratory data, and promptly report any equipment issues, malfunctions, or operational anomalies for further investigation Stay well-informed of all laboratory testing methods and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with relevant standards Organize and maintain sample labeling and storage in a clean, orderly, and systematic manner Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a sample preparation laboratory environment Previous experience in the mining sector, preferably in iron ore (advantageous) Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems, particularly CCLAS or Control Track Strong computer literacy and proficiency in standard software Possession of a current Manual C Class Driver’s License Valid White Card (mandatory)
