**Job Overview**

We are currently looking for a Front Desk Staff Member (Receptionist/Marketing Assistant) to join the SKY Team In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team as the first line of contact and representative of SKY HSC College. Which involves handling the front desk reception and supporting our administration process.

Responsibilities include:

- Being the first point of contact for both students and parents, greeting and answering all enquiries in an efficient, friendly and professional manner
- Responding to enquiries and consultations from both parents, and current and prospective students
- Providing information and guidance in the enrolment process for new students
- Communicating between students and alumni in regard to updates and events
- Communicating the current progress of students to parents
- Advertising through promotions, social media and the establishment of relationships between customers
- Creating both creative and informative content to be distributed through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, the SKY HSC College official website etc.
- Maintain familiarity with all college matters so enquiries can be dealt with appropriately or directed to the appropriate member of staff

We are seeking someone with:

- A professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: It is compulsory to be able to speak Korean and English
- Previous reception/administrative experience is desirable
- Work history of being reliable, proactive, responsible and punctual
- Be able to work responsibly with mínimal supervision
- Show initiative and creativity
- Attention to detail.
- Optimisation of tasks and delivering outcomes on a timely basis
- Proficient at multitasking and adaptable to new situations
- Have good understanding of HSC System and High school Education System in Australia

We require you to be fluent in at least in Korean and English (including writing and speaking in a formal manner as well)
- Korean (required)

- Mandarin (Desirable)

**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Korean (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
