Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive sales strategy, execute daily operations, and inspire their team to achieve ambitious targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large outbound call centre sales teams, preferably in health insurance or financial services.
The successful candidate will own the sales strategy, develop operational plans aligned to the broader health sales strategy, and establish clear daily sales disciplines. They will also be responsible for tracking key metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue, and customer contact quality, and continuously optimize performance.
In addition, they will lead and mentor Sales Managers and Team Leaders to create a high-performing, resilient, and customer-focused sales culture. The candidate will foster professional growth and succession planning for future leaders.
They will partner closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize lead allocation, dialler strategies, incentive programs, and reporting tools that empower their team.
The role requires commercial acumen, strong analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. The successful candidate will balance sales targets with exceptional service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention remain top priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement operational plans aligned to the broader health sales strategy.
* Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor Sales Managers and Team Leaders to create a high-performing sales culture.
* Capability Building: Drive continuous improvement through coaching frameworks, playbooks, scripting, and compliance training.
* Performance & Workforce Management: Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales results, including KPI monitoring, forecasting, capacity planning, and recruitment.
* Sales Enablement: Partner closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize sales processes.
* Customer Experience Management: Balance sales targets with exceptional service standards.
Requirements:
