Culinary Team Lead

The Culinary Team Lead is a pivotal role in our kitchen team, ensuring timely and high-quality service to patrons. With support from junior staff and direction from the head chef, you'll manage your section of the kitchen, bringing established culinary skills to this collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with senior chefs to maintain high restaurant standards.
* Monitor food production quality, adhering to timeframes, portion control, presentation, and quality expectations.
* Prepare and cook food in your section to highest quality standards, setting an example for junior kitchen staff.
* Manage delegated kitchen operations as instructed by the Head / Sous Chef.

Additional Duties:

* Support the chef team in discussing and implementing menu adjustments, cost control, and quality control.
* Manage special dietary requirements, VIP patrons, and individual dietary needs.
* Collaborate with senior chefs to review and ensure profitable and safe kitchen operation at all times.

Qualification and Experience:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Culinary degree or equivalent professional training desirable.
* Excellent knowledge and use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
