Job Description This role is to ensure the accuracy and quality of reports produced by Next Health medical specialists in a timely manner as well as providing consultants and customers with technical advice relating to reports and permanent impairment/disability assessments. To coordinate and deliver a range of high quality, customer focused business administration support and duties for the provision of independent medical assessment and advice to Next Health team members, medical specialists, customers, clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review of medico-legal reports in line with quality framework and relevant regulations and legislation. Undertake quality assurance of reports, APIA forms and permanent impairment/disability assessments and ensure they are compliant with: Specific customer and/or legislative specifications; Next Health standards and processes and; Appropriate guidelines Identify inaccurate, deficient or incomplete reports and where necessary liaise with the relevant stakeholders (medical specialist, customers or team members) to get the matter resolved. Where required assist with medical specialist, customer or team member training sessions. Support the General Manager, Operations Manager and Report Production and Quality Coordinator in the induction of new medical specialists and new team members. Where required escalate to the Report Production and Quality Coordinator, medical specialist or customer any matter that requires intervention. Where applicable, advise Report Production and Quality Coordinator, medical specialist and customers of possible delays in turnaround times. Prioritise according to medical specialist availability, customer special requests and urgent requests. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure prioritisation of workflow. Next Health
