About the role:
Hands-on role, leading by example while supporting and mentoring the team
Working closely with the Head Chef on menu creation and delivering a memorable experience to our guests
Understanding the importance of food safety, kitchen cleanliness, correct ordering, and people management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high standards
About you:
You have a genuine passion for the food industry, ensuring quality, maintaining high standards, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly
Understanding of HACCP and Work, Health and Safety legislation. Must have a minimum Food Handlers Basics Certificate; ideally, you will have completed Food Safety Supervisor training in the past 12 months
Passion for team development and mentoring your team
Well-rounded experience in creating food for lunch, dinner, and functions
