Aurenne Group Mining is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our Perth-based team. This role is critical in supporting the effective financial management of our mining operations, delivering accurate reporting, cost control and performance insights to support informed decision-making across the business.

About The Role
Aurenne Group is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support our gold mining operations through accurate financial reporting, cost control and performance analysis. This is a hands-on role working closely with both site and corporate teams, ensuring financial data reflects operational reality. You’ll play a key role in forecasting, month-end close, cost tracking and providing insights that support informed, commercial decision-making across the business. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Prepare weekly cashflow forecastsMaintain gold outturn reporting and gold sales recordsHandle tax & royalty compliance including Fuel Tax Credits and State/Private royalty reporting in line with regulatory requirementsOwn monthly reporting for site costs, capital, variances, analysis and commentary.Run stockpiles, mine development, amortisation and depreciation models.Complete ABS and Payment Times reportingAssist with BAS preparation and FBT reviewsRespond to Pronto Xi system enquiriesPerform mid-month housekeeping in Pronto, including cost reviews and adjustmentsReview payroll and payment batches for accuracyPrepare operations reports (Form 5s)Improve processes and support finance transformation, system enhancements, and workflow redesign.Support ad-hoc finance and warehouse tasks
This is a permanent, full-time position on 5:2 roster based in Aurenne Group Mining Headquarters Office in West Perth, with free parking on site.
Experience, Skills And Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar management accounting rolePrevious experience within mining or resourcesStrong experience using Pronto Xi (version 730 or later preferred)Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions under pressureHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Excel)Comfortable working with integrated ERP and reporting systemsHigh integrity and professionalismStrong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindsetCollaborative, people-focused and respectfulOrganised, proactive and able to work autonomously or as part of a team
