What you'll be doing:
Provide person-centered support to clients, including assistance with personal care, manual handling, and managing challenging behaviours.Assist clients to attend appointments and engage in community activities.Promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion.Work collaboratively within a respectful, caring team.

What We're Looking For:
Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicleNDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Availability for various shifts, including sleepoversExperience in disability, aged care, or mental health is highly regarded
