You will join our Business Direct Small Business team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and supporting our colleagues.Each day in this key leadership role you will be a key contributor to the business and will go above and beyond to:Win together by leading a team of Small Business Bankers, fostering a high engagement culture that delivers market leading customer advocacy and financial performanceTake accountability for the growth across both regional level lending and deposit portfoliosManage P&L and Balance sheet for business outcomesKeep it simple, manage, coach and mentor your Bankers, driving employee engagement and influencing a customer obsessed culture whilst driving NPS deliverablesAct as an ambassador for NAB in local communities and advocate for NAB in external markets.We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
