Occupational Therapist

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services, including conducting assessments, planning and implementing individual or group therapeutic activities, and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete therapy assessments and respond to clinical referrals
* Plan and implement individual or group therapeutic activities, working with an interdisciplinary team to maintain an effective referral system and coordinate therapy implementation
* Direct and coordinate Therapy Assistants
* Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and information systems
* Contribute to a multidisciplinary program of continuous improvement
* Incorporate aged care quality standards into all services
* Synthesise information through observation and written documentation to provide relationship-centred, evidence-based recommendations
* Undertake a range of assessments to understand the holistic experience of the person
