The opportunity
They are seeking a passionate and driven lawyer with 1–3 years post-admission experience to join their personal injury team. This role offers the chance to work on meaningful cases, make a real impact in clients' lives, and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury and workers compensation matters
* Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
* Draft legal documents, attend mediations, and appear in court as required
* Liaise with medical professionals, insurers, and other stakeholders
* Maintain accurate and timely file management and reporting
About you:
* 1–3 years PQE in personal injury and/or workers compensation law
* Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
* Empathetic and client-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
