Are you passionate about marketing and eager to dive into the dynamic world of agriculture and wool? Look no further We're seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Fox & Lillie is a 100% Australian family-owned and operated wool export, buying, and broking business. With an extensive network of regional branches, we also offer services across Livestock and Real Estate.

Fox & Lillie operates two core businesses in wool. Fox & Lillie is the company's wool trading and export business, and Fox & Lillie Rural is the company's rural services business. Combined we employ over 120 people throughout the two businesses with over 13 regional wool stores located throughout NSW and Victoria.

About the Role

Location: Melton + travel to our stores & events

Position Type: Full-time

Key responsibilities include:

· Support the Head of Marketing and sales team with marketing activities and events for the Fox & Lillie Group.

· Coordinate promotional and loyalty company events such as field days, sheep shows, online webinars and client entertainment.

· Coordinate company and local sponsorships, ensuring the company achieves good brand exposure as part of our sponsorship commitment.

· Assist with the production and organisation of offline marketing materials such as promotional and giveaway items and stock coordination.

· Support social media planning and content development, including social media page updates and community contact and coordination.

· Assist with the coordination of website updates including SEO.

· Support with preparation of reports and presentations and other marketing material.

· Support writing blogs and media releases for the company website and social media.

· Support all marketing and communication for the Fox & Lillie Group and Genesys, Fox & Lillie's certified wool program

· Support with internal marketing, communications, and events.

About You

· Rural or agricultural experience or an interest in agriculture, farming or wool

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, equivalent

· Minimum 2-5 year's experience in marketing or related field

· Strong communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Self-motivated and willingness to learn, and ability to work in a small team and be comfortable to operate independently

· Proficiency in MS office, Canva and other digital platforms (desirable). Ability to learn fast and adapt to new platforms or software.

· Ability to travel interstate including overnights and some weekend work for events will be required.

· Have a full driver licence
