Overview
We’re partnering with a highly respected, design-driven architecture studio to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Project Architect (Delivery) to join their growing team. This role provides the chance to lead and deliver high-quality, complex innovative architectural projects. There is clear potential to progress into a more senior role in the future. Our client is expanding on the back of a strong pipeline of project wins - primarily Mixed Use and Multi Residential. The ideal candidate will have a solid local architecture background and a proven track record in delivering significant projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects primarily Post DA to Delivery
- Guide and mentor the internal project team
- Oversee construction documentation and revisions (Revit)
- Work directly with clients, building and enriching relationships
- Run client and site meetings, ensuring explicit communication and progress updates
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Ensure compliance standards are met throughout the build process
- Monitor project budgets, resourcing, and timelines to maintain efficiency
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Australian Registered Architect - Preferred
- Solid understanding of Revit
- Minimum of 8+ years of post-graduation, local Australian studio experience
- Sound knowledge of Australian building codes and standards
- Proven ability to problem-solve and deliver well-resolved architectural solutions
- Experience in Multi Residential or large Mixed-Use sectors
- Must be an Australian or NZ Citizen, or Permanent Resident – Essential

Employment Details
This is a permanent, full-time position based in the studio or site 5-days a week.
