**What you will be doing**:
- Serve and assist customers in store
- Process and invoice customer orders
- Answer telephone calls
- Assist the warehouse staff with customer orders where required
- Assist with any additional _work_ as needed

**To be successful for this position you should**:
- Experience/ability to patiently and politely communicate with customers & staff
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be skilled in data entry and customer service
- Enjoy a busy environment
- Some experience in the IT/AV industry would be advantageous
