About the Role
We're searching for our next Front Office Operator — a confident, well‐rounded hospitality professional who thrives in a guest‐facing role. You'll work a variety of shifts across the week, including weekends.
Experience in front desk, reception or reservations is essential. Knowledge of RMS is highly regarded but not mandatory.
In Front Office, you'll embody excellent communication, attention to detail, problem‐solving, and a polished, friendly, and professional presence.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle all incoming reservations, enquiries, calls, and emails from guests, travel agents, and corporate partners
* Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately
* Communicate issues/requests — to relevant hotel teams
* Assist with guest complaints, working closely with management to resolve issues
* Maintain expert knowledge of rooms, rates and upsell where appropriate
