Due to growth, we are seeking a professional and passionate entry-level Associate Account Manager to join our Sydney team, supporting merchants, advertisers, and publishers within our APAC operations. This is an excellent opportunity for those starting a career in Account Management in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in explaining the benefits of Skimlinks products to merchants, networks, agencies, and publishers.
* Compile and update reports on merchant programs, focusing on top publishers.
* Support relationship reviews and contribute to optimization strategies.
* Assist in setting up and monitoring merchant and publisher activities via internal systems and Excel.
* Collaborate with the Operations team to analyze data and ensure smooth program implementation.
* Help prepare quarterly business reviews and internal presentations.
* Support maintaining network quality standards through review of publisher activities.
* Assist Senior Account Managers in negotiating and establishing exclusive rates.
* Identify upsell opportunities by aligning product offerings with publisher and influencer goals.
* Support in resolving account issues proactively and working cross-departmentally.
* Provide marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence to improve products.
* Assist with sponsorship placements and administrative tasks like creating insertion orders and preparing newsletters.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience in account management, sales planning, coordination, or campaigns, with a desire to grow into a dedicated Account Manager role.
* Understanding of advertising, affiliate marketing, paid search, or online media industry.
* Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
* Excellent analytical, quantitative, and technical skills with attention to detail.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and goal-oriented with a proven track record.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
* BA/BS degree.
