We're a busy, locally owned arborist company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. If you're organized, friendly, and experienced with QuickBooks, we'd love to hear from you
What You'll Do:
Apply transactions and perform basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Communicate with clients via phone and email
Handle scheduling and coordinate job bookings
Support day-to-day office operations
What We're Looking For:
Experience with QuickBooks is a must
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in an admin or office support role required
Flexible and dependable
