Criteria:
* Strong skills in project delivery, carrying work from DA into design development and construction documentation
* Consultant coordination, liaising with clients and external stakeholders
* Time management skills to coordinate deadlines and established project objectives
* Running a small team, overseeing and contributing to documentation
* Revit native
About you:
* Experience in Multi Residential / Hotel works to reflect current pipeline
* 8-10+ years of studio experience in Australian architecture
* Comfortable running medium to large scale projects
* Strong understanding of Australian codes and standards
* A great attitude willing to settle into and with a excellent team
