The Role As one of our Centre Technicians, you will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high-quality customer service and plant & machinery repair work to our customers.
The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build relationships with a variety of customer types.
This is a hands-on role in our fast-paced workshop.
As part of our team, you will serve customers over the counter, handle sales inquiries over the phone, and provide the highest standard of customer service.

You To be considered for this position, you can be of any gender, age, ethnicity, size, or shape, but must have: A mechanical background Previous hose assembly experience is not essential; however, the ideal candidate will also have: A trade certificate and/or previous experience in the hydraulics industry (highly regarded) A strong understanding of and commitment to faultless customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with numerical skills Organizational skills and reliability, with a team-oriented attitude An underlying sense of urgency balanced with strict attention to detail The ability to think quickly and solve problems under pressure A willingness to relocate to Port Hedland
