Role title: Class 2 Junior Project Manager -Builder Side Role type: Permanent, full time, within Class 2 construction team Reports to: Snr. Project Development Manager About this role: This Jnr. PM role is a critical support role to the project team, from post DA through to OC. The purpose of the role is to support Snr. Project Development Manager with the allocated day-to-day project management related duties. This position offers strong exposure to full project lifecycle of high-end Class 2 residential projects within a developer builder context, with emphasis in the delivery phases of the project life cycle (CC, Construction and OC), providing an excellent platform for career progression towards a more senior position within the business. This is a full-time, office-based role with regular site involvement. General responsibilities: Review project documentations to establish proper understanding of the overall project requirements, including but not limited to: Council or State Consent conditions; 3rd party authority approvals; client/developer documents; drawings; reports; specifications, and; consultant documentations Assist Snr. Project Development Manager in various project management duties as they arise, including but not limited to: stakeholder communication and management, internal and external; procurement of consultants and subcontractors; creating, managing and maintaining of programs and EoTs register; attend various (internal, design, subcontractor interview, client and etc) meetings as required and keep meeting minutes when needed; liaising with subcontractors as required; project budgeting and cost tracking, assessment of invoices and variations requests; PCG reporting Document control of internal and external project documentations (emails, drawings, reports, specifications and etc), while ensuring compliance with Rudder's filing protocol Ad hoc office management duties Experience / Qualifications / Skills required Class 2 experience essential Minimum 5 years' experience as a CA, Junior PM, Project Coordinator or a similar role, preferably from a builder's background Good level of understanding of the construction sequencing, NCC, AS and Building Codes compliance Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore Tertiary qualification in construction, design, engineering or a related field A keen eye for detail and the ability to multi tasks Personality Great attitude is key A team player, outgoing and friendly Willingness to learn, grow and adopt Be proactive Be positive If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for, then we'd love to hear from you.
