Castle Hill RSL Club is seeking Part Time Gaming Customer Service Attendant's to join our friendly and professional team.

ABOUT THE ROLE...
* Assisting guests with gaming machine operations and responding promptly to customer enquiries
* Conducting regular checks and basic maintenance to ensure gaming machines are functioning correctly
* Adhering to all gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming gaming floor environment
* Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive gaming experience for all patrons
* Accurately handling cash and performing gamingrelated financial transactions
* Collaborating with the broader club team to support seamless venue operations
ABOUT YOU...
* Current RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment with a \"Can-do\" attitude.
* Must demonstrate exceptional customer service practices.
* A willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Display safe work habits.
* Exceptional time management skills.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.
* Ability to operate independently and work effectively under pressure.
* Must have availability to work across a rotating roster, including late nights until 4am and early mornings.
