They span across the east coast of Australia with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane – with Sydney being their Head Office.What do they do? Well in a nutshell they work with their clients to build prototypes, products and solutions that have a huge impact on the daily lives of consumers. This can be anything from electronics, hardware, software, manufacturing, web apps – the sky is the limit! So this is not a consulting role, this is a company/role where products are designed in house, whilst still interacting with clients on a regular basis.As a Technical Sales Engineer, you'll focus on identifying business opportunities and securing clients to develop innovative products from concept to production. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing accurate estimates, and delivering detailed technical proposals. Your role will impact the company’s market presence, and you'll collaborate with experts to drive team success.Responsibilities:Be able to apply your relevant experience in design and manufacturing to bring on new business leadsBe the face of the company - meet with clients and discuss the company’s services and value offeringBe able to close deals and ensure company revenue goals are metPut together sales proposalsExecute sales and marketing initiatives by creating content and managing various marketing channels.Be able to identify sales opportunitiesPut together monthly sales reports and constantly provide updates on sales progressRequirements:Be an Australian Citizen or PRHave a strong understanding of electronics design processesHave worked around hardware and software previouslyExperience in the consulting worldHave experience with B2B sales and be able to negotiateBe able to follow a marketing strategyHave great presentation skills, confident and personable!Most importantly in this role is enthusiasm and attitude towards quality software engineering and be able to promote and sell the company’s product design and engineering services.This is a team player, keen learner who can take initiative and someone who loves what they do.If you want to hear more, feel free to get in touch!ph/txt: 0451 441 691Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsulting, Engineering, and SalesIndustriesAppliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing
