**Aged Care Travel Nursing** team is looking for their next
**Compliance and Resourcing Officer** to join on a
**full time** basis at our
Supporting our Recruitment Consultants and Business Development Managers,
**you will be responsible for;**
- Your own portfolio of workers, ensuring validation and continuance of compliance for qualifications, vaccinations, ID etc
- Database management and general customer service
- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Social Media networking using platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and more
- Achieving individual and team targets and KPIs
- Attending ongoing training to ensure you develop and maintain industry leading knowledge
**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Solid administrative skills and attention to detail
- Confident phone mannerisms
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain flexible within a growing organisation
- The aptitude for building and maintaining relationships across the business at all levels
- A love of delivering excellent service and the desire to build a career in recruitment
- To comply with facility protocols for site visits, all staff members must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza
- Resilience, confidence, and a great sense of humour
