Offering that small school atmosphere, our current student numbers total only 120 students.The Opportunity:Our welcoming Berwick Campus has an opportunity for a Campus Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role of the Campus Office Administrator is essential to the efficient and effective administration practices and operation of the Campus. The Campus Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support services to the Campus leadership team, teaching and support staff, students, and the broader school community by performing clerical and other duties related to the daily routine of campus management.On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:Front desk reception and related secretarial dutiesProvision of administrative support to the teachers and support staffTeacher relief support, including accessing the daily covers and providing relief staff with all necessary materials and information to successfully cover for the dayAttending to general parent enquiriesAttending to general student enquiries – lost property, permission slips etc.Managing student absentee procedures – late arrivals / early departures etc.Administration and coordination of campus request forms, including campus visits, staff professional development, excursions / incursions etc.Monitoring and balancing receipt and expenditure of petty cashProcessing of purchase requests and accounts payableCoordinating appointmentsMeeting coordination and management, including IT support and meeting minutesManaging the student enrolment processSkills and Experience:School administration experience is preferable however, applicants with experience working in a customer support/administration role with data entry experience will be considered. If you have strong communication skills, a positive work and customer focused attitude, strong attention to detail and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills this role is for you.
