The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for two key positions within the team: Intermediate Business Services Accountant Hands-on role across compliance and advisory support Exposure to financial statements, tax returns, and BAS Work closely with senior staff and partners Genuine client interaction and involvement in discussions Strong development of both technical and commercial skills Business Services Manager Manage a portfolio of SME and complex clients Lead and mentor a team (including offshore support) Oversee workflow, review work, and ensure quality delivery Drive client relationships and contribute to advisory engagements Play a key role in strategic and higher-level decision-making About You You will be someone who: Is looking to move beyond pure compliance into advisory Is proactive, curious, and commercially minded Values strong, long-term client relationships Communicates confidently and enjoys working with people Is open to embracing technology and modern ways of working Why Join This Firm?
