What you'll be doing
Write clear, engaging, and persuasive bids that help us win new cleaning contracts.
Work closely with our sales and operations teams to gather the right details for each tender.
Turn technical info into standout proposals that highlight what makes us great.
Keep our bid library, case studies, and company info up to date.
Manage deadlines, stay organised, and make sure every submission looks its best.
Look for new ways to improve how we tell our story and boost our success rate.
What you'll bring
Degree qualified with previous bid writing experience
A natural communicator who loves writing and has a keen eye for detail
Ability to turn facts and figures into clear, persuasive stories
Strong in meeting deadlines and juggling multiple projects
Great at collaborating with different teams and building relationships
Proficiency in InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite

Location
This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
