Financial Accountant
JoinDesign Build, a market-leading property development company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Australia.
This role reports to the Financial Controller and is ideal for an experienced Accountant or an Assistant Accountant looking to advance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Support project cost tracking and feasibility reporting.
Assist with statutory compliance and end-of-year audits.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes.
About You
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
Proficiency in JobPac is highly regarded.
3-5 years' experience in accounting, ideally within property, construction or a project-based environment.
Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
