THE POSITION
* Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
* Prepare and present mouth-watering dishes
* Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
* Uphold the fantastic customer focus at all times responding to feedback positively and proactively
* Cleaning temperature recording and allergy recording
THE PERSON
* Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
* Talent and drive to work under pressure unsupervised and to tight deadlines
* Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
* Passion for understanding WHS Food Safety & HACCP regulations
* Able to get to site for early morning start
