GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries. Our services cover all aspects of a project life cycle from the initial evaluation and study phase through to design, constructions, commissioning and operational support.
We are on the lookout for experienced Senior Mechanical Designers to join our team in our office located in Ascot to work across a number of significant projects. You will play an integral role in the design of wet and dry mineral process plants and bulk material handling projects.
Responsibilities
On a typical day, you will:
* Produce models and detailed technical drawings, in accordance with standards, policies and procedures
* Communicate with the project team, provide updates, raise issues and attend team meetings
* Deliver and contribute to practical solutions
* Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering Design Drafting
* 10+ years experience in mineral processing and bulk materials handling projects
* Proficient in 3D modelling and 2D drawing production
* Experience in wet and dry mineral processing design
