Monsterball Amusements is one of Australia's fastest-growing amusement and inflatable event operators, with locations across Albany, Perth, Broome, Darwin, Sydney, Brisbane and more coming in ****.
We are now recruiting a full-time Operational Manager to oversee national operations and drive franchise development across our expanding network.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with long-term career potential.
About the Role
The Operational Manager will work directly under the Managing Director (Yoann) and take over the operational leadership of the entire Monsterball group.
You will be mentored for the first 6 months by Yoann, who has performed this role for the past 13 years, before stepping fully into operational leadership.
Your responsibilities will include national operations, franchise support, franchise development, systems and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily operations across all Monsterball locations
Support franchisees with training, systems and performance improvement
Lead communication between HQ and franchise partners
Manage national logistics, staffing coordination and operational processes
Ensure WHS compliance, equipment standards and safety protocols
Franchise Development
Support the onboarding of new franchisees
Assist with territory planning, documentation and launch processes
Provide ongoing support to existing franchisees
Represent Monsterball professionally with new franchise prospects
National Event Support
Oversee major event delivery across WA and interstate
Work closely with the Event Manager & Logistics Coordinator
Provide hands-on leadership and operational problem-solving
What We're Looking For
Strong operational or multi-site management experience
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Highly organised with strong strategic thinking
Comfortable working both at HQ and hands-on when needed
Ability to travel occasionally for franchise visits and national events
Experience with franchising is highly regarded but not mandatory
Experience in events, hospitality, logistics or tourism is a strong advantage
Passion for people development, systems and continuous improvement
Salary & Benefits
Full-time salary: $100,000 + super
Annual performance bonus: up to $25,000
Travel allowance budget for franchise visits & national events
6-month structured mentoring from the Managing Director
