Support Worker Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Worker to provide assistance to older clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
* This role involves providing personal care support such as showering, grooming and personal hygiene.
* You will also be supporting with meal preparation, household cleaning, laundry and ironing.
* Assisting with shopping, medical appointments and social outings is also a key part of this role.
You will need to monitor and report any changes in a client's health or behaviour, escalating concerns to ensure safety. Delivering care in line with individual Care Plans and maintaining accurate documentation is crucial for this position.
