This is a unique chance to utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for handling general administration tasks, as well as assisting with receiving and dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
 * Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.
 * Coordinate incoming deliveries and book outgoing freight.
 * Prepare dispatch paperwork, labels, and delivery dockets.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in administration and/or dispatch coordination, strong computer skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.
As a reliable, proactive, and hands-on team player with a positive attitude, you will be willing to assist across both office and warehouse tasks.
