Principal Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management Officer Branch: Disability Reform Division: Disability Reform Salary: Level 7, $139,860 - $149,485 per annum (pro-rata) (PSCA ****) Work Type: Permanent - Full Time FTE: Location: East Perth Closing Date: ************:00 PM Attachments: - This is a permanant, full-time position, commencing February **** The Directorate The Department of Education's Disability Reform Directorate has a key role in leading the Department's program of work that sets the direction and longer-term disability reform plan for public education.
This will involve working across the agency and whole of government, with ongoing engagement and consultation with key stakeholders, to strengthen access and services across the public education system.
The Directorate has responsibility for progressing commitments made by the State Government, including but not limited to those related to the WA implemnentation Roadmap for the Disability Royal Commission, State Disability Strategy, and other reviews and reports.
The Role As a highly capable Principal Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management Officer you will work closely with the Manager, Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management to lead stakeholder engagement and change management activities that enable effective, inclusive reform delivery.
This role partners across Directorates, government agencies, non-government organisations, school communities, and other identified stakeholders to ensure the program's priorities are understood, supported, and successfully implemented.
You will apply your experience, knowledge and understanding of how to engage with key stakeholders, including people with lived experience of disability, to develop and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy to inform the design and development of key disability reform initiatives and build understanding.
