Our team is preparing for a major site mobilization in Dubbo, NSW, and we are seeking reliable and experienced professionals to join us in various hospitality and administration roles.
* Our 14 days on/7 days off roster offers a healthy work-life balance.
* Chefs will be based in Sydney on a FIFO basis, while all other roles involve drive-in, drive-out arrangements.
The Position
* Chefs require extensive cooking experience and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Cert 111).
* Hospitality Allrounders will work across the kitchen, housekeeping, and Bar areas.
* Site Administrators must have booking/admin experience and a Certificate III in Business Administration (Cert 111) or similar.
The Ideal Candidate
* A strong team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in Hospitality, food service, Bar, retail, or housekeeping is highly valued.
* A valid White Card and passport or birth certificate plus photo ID are mandatory requirements.
* Successful applicants must pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
* Allrounders must have a reliable car and driver's license to travel to site.
