We are seeking a Construction Site Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of construction projects.
About the Role
This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, engineers and project managers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management on project progress.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating site activities and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
* Managing relationships with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
* Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures, and reporting any incidents or hazards.
* Developing and implementing plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in construction project coordination and management.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Possession of a current driver's license and willingness to travel to sites as required.
