The Graphic Designer is responsible for all creative efforts, collaborating with Marketing and Product development.
The purpose of the role is to conceptualise and execute visual solutions that uphold and enhance our brand identity.Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:The Role Recipe:Respond to briefs, manage Schnitz team's expectations while understanding their requirements for each campaign.Ideate and pitch work directly to Marketing / Innovation team to secure award winning QSR led campaignsProject manage creative work to ensure they are delivered on time and to budgetContribute to team planning and resourcing to ensure the best teams possible are being created for each projectEngaging with and managing freelance designers and developers to assist with project deliverablesPlay a leadership role across the internal and external agency and design partners provide feedback to other designers to elevate the quality of work across the company.Be the custodian of the brand assets and elements.Manage team workflow and ensure all jobs are logged in a central systemManage WIP with direct reportEnsure all files are saved in an orderly manner in drives.Assist in marketing led presentations for conference and state meetingsProvide support with copywriting skills and social content delivery.Key ingredients:5 years+ experience as an in house designer or in a similar roleHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Dreamweaver)Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skillsA recently updated Portfolio showcasing your abilityA can do attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team when required.Passion for perfection, a keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.Strong copywriting skills for presentations and briefs, with the ability to distil complex research into clear, compelling narrativesStrong visual communication skills, proficient in creating impactful presentations using Keynote and Google SlidesOur commitment to you:Flexible work arrangements and a fantastic work culture built on a foundation of quality, compassion, integrity and family;Work as part of a dynamic and innovative team in a multi faced and challenging role in a fun and modern office space;Excellent office location with benefits such as team lunches, anniversary celebrations, annual conference and staff discountOpportunities for continued career growth and development.Apply now to join the Schnitz family and make our passion yours
