Job Location: Wollongong NSW
Shift: Morning
Role responsibilities and key skills:
General cleaning of designated areas including scrubbing surfaces, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, refilling consumables, cleaning wash basins etc.
Manual handling and lifting of equipment
Closely following cleaning plans and safety requirements for site
Support the Cleaning Supervisors, ensuring contractual obligations are met in all aspects of cleaning
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Ability to prioritise workload and work unsupervised
Able to meet safety, quality, and hygiene standards
What You'll Need?
Valid Australian work rights and current Police check
Willingness to work within the aged care service industry and provide high levels of care in all that you do.
Healthcare cleaning experience would be highly desirable
Flu Vaccination Certificate or Willing to get one
Covid - 19 Vaccination Certificate
Cleaning experience and proven attention to detail
Strong customer service skills and clear communication
A commitment to safety and understanding of safe chemical use
