About the role
Tuncurry Lakes Resort is seeking a contract cleaner to join our dedicated team at our resort located in Tuncurry, NSW 2428. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms ensuring our visitors have a comfortable and relaxing stay.
What you'll be doing
* Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and all over presentation of the rooms.
* Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, showers.
* Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the office & maintenance staff
* Adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, preferably within the hospitality industry, having your own ABN or willing to apply for an ABN
* Specifically require hospitality cleaning experience
* Minimum 3-6 months of cleaning or housekeeping experience is required
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines
* A friendly and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional service
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Position offers 10-20 hours per week
* Must be available to work any schedule as required, including weekends and public holidays
* Australian work rights are required for this position
