We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a global building materials manufacturer due to business growth. In this role, you will expedite customer requests and work collaboratively with the sales and logistics teams, ensuring all sales orders are delivered on time.
Your responsibilities
* Assisting customers via phone, email and face to face.
* Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
* Ensure order fulfillment by accurately entering Sales Orders and Purchase Orders into the system.
* Liaise with the warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customer orders.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer support.
* Enter and process invoices, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
* Update and maintain price lists, subscription information, and other relevant data.
* Support inventory management by updating stock records and coordinating with the warehouse.
* Prepare regular reports for management, including sales, commissions, or operational data.
Your experience
* Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field highly deseriable.
* Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in customer service, order processing, or administration roles.
* Customer-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
