Band 5 - base salary from $121,231 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience

We're looking for an experienced Stakeholder and Customer Engagement Specialist to lead our Revenue Reset Engagement Program — ensuring that the voices of our customers and stakeholders are genuinely heard, understood, and embedded in decisions that will ultimately shape Tasmania's energy future.
Key Responsibilities Of This Dynamic, State-wide Role Include
* managing the full life cycle of our revenue reset engagement program, from planning and delivery to reporting and dissemination of insights
* developing, implementing and measuring best-practice engagement activities to help ensure our future priorities genuinely reflect customer and stakeholder needs and expectations
* communicating insights in a way that builds capability and trust with a broad spectrum of audiences, from everyday customers through to board and executive
* creating enrichment opportunities to build the knowledge and understanding of internal and external stakeholders to ensure our plans are shaped by informed feedback
* driving a customer-first culture by contributing to engagement maturity training and initiatives.
About You
You're an experienced professional who thrives on connecting people, building trust and navigating complexity. You bring:
* a minimum of five years' experience in stakeholder engagement and/or communications
* exceptional thought leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and influence with a variety of audiences
* a strong ability to collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
* a level of curiosity to understand and analyse diverse and often competing perspectives, with the capacity to turn insights into actionable customer outcomes and initiatives
* highly developed consultation, facilitation, and communication skills
* a talent for distilling complex concepts and issues into accessible engagement materials and activities to ensure feedback is informed and aligned with the engagement program's objectives
* exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a rapidly changing environment
* a passion for customer advocacy and a sensitivity to the lived experience of all energy users
* Knowledge and understanding of the National Electricity Market (NEM), or the ability to quickly acquire, along with political and regulatory environments and the impact of electricity pricing on customers and stakeholders.
