Our Munitions teams produce explosive ordnance systems for the Australian Defence Force and its allies. With ongoing research and development investment, our teams have constant opportunities to enhance their technical expertise.
In this role, you will be accountable for all engineering activities across Munitions, Energetics, and Chemicals Product Lines, ensuring delivery outcomes align with business strategy and product roadmaps.
1. Oversee product timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality outcomes.
2. Provide strategic team leadership, setting clear goals, empowering team members, and cultivating a culture of accountability and innovation.
3. Spearhead critical projects and oversee their industrialisation, ensuring seamless transition from design to full-scale production.
You will need to bring Explosive Ordnance engineering lifecycle knowledge and experience underpinned by relevant tertiary qualification, as well as experience leading engineering teams to deliver complex projects.
