ROLE REQUIREMENTS : Relevant qualification in Psychology Registration with AHPRA or similar, Experience in and passion for the Disability and Community Services sectors, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Creative problem-solving skills, Understand and maintain informed of evidence based best practice, Excellent organisational and time management skills, Ability to create and maintain lasting professional relationships, Team leader qualities and skills facilitating training and meetings, Positive and energetic team member, A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity, Brisbane based home to work and travel from, Autonomous and diligent, Current Australian Driver’s Licence and access to registered and insured vehicle, KEY DUTIES Client assessments, including descriptive, cognitive and functional need, Written clinical reports, Develop and implement therapeutic support plans, Training support teams, Counselling and therapeutic intervention, Leading a team of allied health team members.
