**Duties**:
- Perform administration and general office duties
- Liaise with customers and attend to inquiries
- Data entry and general filing
- Manage customer orders, receipts and invoicing.
- Basic Account Management
**Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 1 year' experience in an office administration role
- Knowledge of auto parts is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- High attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional work ethic with an ability to work autonomously and as an integral member of a small team
