* Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process.
* Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
* Handle all sales paperwork and documentation accurately.
* Comply with state and national legislation relating to vehicle sales.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Valid NSW/QLD Driver's License.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A genuine passion customer happiness.
