Full time Employment Consultant based in Armidale
Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is the new program replacing Disability Employment Services (DES) and introduces a more inclusive future where people with a disability as well as those with injury or health condition can get support to prepare for, find and maintain meaningful work, and grow their career.
About the Role....
* Support participants into sustainable meaningful employment
* Promote participants to employers and meet job placement targets
* Build employer and community networks
* Deliver tailored, person-centred, strength-based support
* Assist with resumes, applications, and interview preparations
* Maintain accurate records and program compliance.
About You....
We require someone with:
* Certificate 3 in Community Services (or willing to obtain)
* Strong customer service, administration and communication skills
* Team player with good time management
* Target-driven and adaptable
* Current driver’s licence and local travel will be required utilising a site car
