Spring Qualified are partnered with a successful property group who have a large national portfolio of shopping centres. Based at a shopping centre in a Major Regional City in Queensland we now have an opportunity available for Administration Manager.

This exciting Administration Management vacancy is available working with a friendly team inside the corporate office this retail complex and is a great career advancement opportunity.

Key responsibilities of the position:

- Sales figure reporting
- Centre administration
- Lease set up, renewals, vacates, expiry's and options
- Managing Debtors in conjunction with Centre Manager and Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable queries, main duties handled by head office
- Work collaboratively with operations, marketing, finance and lease administration
- Maintaining centre database
- Managing tenant insurances and bank guarantees
- Centre projects relevant to the role

Ideal candidate will display:

- Ideally finance background (AP/AR, Debt Collections, budgets)
