**Job Overview:**
This role is responsible for providing support to the wider operational delivery team and the client. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintenance of staff information, including position descriptions and induction material
* Ordering of IT equipment for new starters
* Onboarding new starters on day one
* Point of contact for enquiries from clients, contract staff and other stakeholders
* Coordination and setup of contractual client management meetings
* Event management
* Processing of invoices and creation of purchase orders
* Office management and administration duties
* Maintaining accurate staff database lists
* Collation and creation of monthly reports and KPI records
