About the opportunity:
The Workflow Manager reports to the Operations Manager and is part of the Operations team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to oversee the end-to-end coordination of the pre-construction process, ensuring a smooth transition form proposal acceptance to site commencement. Acting as the central link between departments, to drive workflow efficiency, remove roadblock and ensure project progress on time. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage the end-to-end workflow process from proposal acceptance to project commencement
* Set and track weekly department targets aligned with business goals
* Liaise with the Sales Manager to prioritise draft sales plan and workflow
* Monitor inboxes and coordinate drafting workloads to meet key deadlines
* Maintain a live workflow dashboard for project visibility and milestone tracking
* Facilitate workflow meetings to review progress, roadblocks, and accountability
* Track and report on key operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
* Drive clear communication between teams and produce monthly forecast reports

About you:


You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:
* Positive attitude with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with management, staff and customers at all levels
* Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Solid working knowledge of building and construction regulations and experience working in residential construction
* Highly organised, able to manage a variety of activities while maintaining a consistent positive and professional attitude.
* Approach all processes with a continuous improvement mindset
