Northern Rivers Community Gateway is looking for a passionate individual to join our team as an Accounts and Administration Assistant. 
Position overview 
The Accounts & Administration Assistant supports the finance function of the organisation. Tasks include payroll administration and processing, accounts payable for two days per week and data entry, fee processing and 
collection and administration support to the Rainbow Region Kids OSHC Services and the Community Gateway for two days per week in a shared role.

*Selection criteria 
Experience in payroll and accounts payable 
Relevant certificate level qualifications in business administration and/or relevant working experience. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders. 
An understanding of working with confidential documents and established work processes. 
Sound computer skills and experience in the use of Microsoft, database programs and accountancy software packages. 
Desirable 
Experience using Reckon accounting software or similar. 
Experience using the Xplor database. 
Additional requirements 
Evidence of full COVID vaccination 
NSW Drivers licence 
Current NSW Working with Check
